About The Event
Motherhood changes our bodies, and postpartum isn’t just about "bouncing back"- it’s about rebuilding. Join us and Danielle from Active Women SG for a session focused on mobility, posture, and core stability in a supportive village of mamas. We’ll also be joined by Fion from Tiny Bloom Club, who will be on hand to offer expert baby carrier fitting advice so you can move safely and comfortably.
📅 Event Details
The Workout: A mix of functional strength and Pilates-inspired training.
Babywearing: Optional! Use your carrier for added weight or join solo for some "me time."
Age Group: Best for moms with infants/crawlers or solo mamas. (Not recommended for active walkers due to floor/weight work).
Post-Workout Social: After the sweat, we’ll head to Common Man Coffee Roasters (Alexandra) for a well-earned coffee and chat. (optional)
